Sales Manager

Required experience: 1–3 years

Full-time, remote work

Responsibilities:
  • Processing incoming customer inquiries, actively selling the company's products and services (excluding cold calling).
  • Expanding the customer base, fulfilling individual sales plans.
  • Project management (interacting with the project department).
  • Calculating and preparing commercial proposals based on customer requests.
  • Managing the full transaction cycle (from initial contact to contract signing and procurement).
  • Conducting negotiations and presentations to achieve customer loyalty.
  • Consulting clients over the phone.
Requirements:
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP).
  • Knowledge of the office furniture and components market.
  • At least one year of experience in office furniture sales, with knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Experience working for large national companies is a plus.
  • The desire to earn a lot of money is a plus.
  • Customer focus, ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Personal qualities: self-confidence and ambition, professional assertiveness, good communication skills, stress tolerance, diplomacy, ability to clearly and competently express thoughts, ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask, teamwork skills and independent work.
